My child barely speaks Hindi. Can they still learn it?

Hindi here is a spoken language course rather than an examination subject, so it starts with conversation and everyday usage; the Devanagari script follows once there is speech to attach it to. It is designed for children who hear some Hindi at home but have never spoken or read it properly. Children who start from nothing at all are also welcome; it simply takes longer.
